All the staff team attend regular training. All the staff at the Phoenix Project have achieved or are working towards a National Vocational Qualification in Health and Social Care.
Staff are supported to develop and train in specialised areas to meet the needs of our customers. We work alongside other professional to ensure that you receive the best possible care and support while at the Phoenix Project.
